Connecting with Mother Earth, the One True Source, the Higher Power, whatever you want to call it… Grounding, Earthing etc.
There are always times we feel disconnected or off center. Get out in nature! Go barefoot! Touch a tree. Put your feet in the sand, grass or mud!
In Yoga I stress to my clients/students take off your socks! Go barefoot. Spread your toes! Even though we are often in a building with the floor beneath our feet and we are on our Yoga mats we need to be open and connected.
